You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security you observe. You agree that additional terms and conditions may apply to specific products, orders or your use of certain portions of the Site, including with respect to payments and return policies and membership reward programs (“Additional Terms”), which Additional Terms are made part of the said Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms take precedence. 

3. Membership The Site is available to registered users who are 18 years and older and who have not been suspended or removed by InstantlyWiser for any reason (a “Member”). We reserve the right to revoke your membership for any reason at any time, including as a result of a violation of these Terms of the Privacy Policy, without notice. 

4. Description of services;  We strive to ensure that the information on the Site is reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors, and other errors or inaccuracies, which we may correct without liability. We also reserve the right to limit, change or discontinue services purchased by Members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged). We do not guarantee that all services described on our Site will be available at all times.

 

5. Proprietary Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the content materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, button icons, and other elements available on the Site are the property of InstantlyWiser or our licensed subsidiaries and are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to sell, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, modify or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Site.  All rights reserved.

Payments. Recurring Billing. If you select membership with recurring monthly billing, you authorize us to charge you a monthly membership fee at the current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of InstantlyWiser services to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers and/or changing or adding a plan, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time, as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.

Disclaimers You assume all responsibility and risk with respect to your use of the Site. THE SITE, AND ALL CONTENT, OUR SERVICES AND OTHER INFORMATION ON  IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPECIFICALLY, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, INSTANTLYWISER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (1) THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS CORRECT, ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (2) THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED ON THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 10.
